Today I saw Vicki in the Dry Eye Clinic. She spent a long time with me explaining in great detail about how I could help my situation and various treatments. She was thorough and attentive and it was a relief for me to find someone to help me manage my Dry Eye problems. I intend to get my eyes tested with Vicki too  as I like the fact that she knows my dry eye history and can help me with glasses too.

Excellent as always. Vicki explained everything and discussed the exrays with me and made quite sure I understood everything. A very caring person. Reception were very welcoming as well. I am just asking myself why I was so hesitant in visiting during lock down. All precautions were taken to ensure I felt safe.

Everyone was very kind and helpful from the optician who tested myself and my wife and who was extremely understanding to my wife who has suffered a stroke and has real difficulty in communicating, to the lady who brought a selection of glasses for me to choose from and the lady on reception. Eye testing extremely thorough and patient. Advice and help with lens and frame choice extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I am short-sighted and require varifocals these days, so the choice and fitting of the lenses is important to me. Even repaired my old broken glasses for an unexpectedly low price to use as spares. Would highly recommend.

At the age of 73 this was my first ever eye test so did not know what to expect but Paul explained everything to me so it was very easy.

Delighted with the lens inserts for my ski goggles. I had no idea such things existed until Chris told me about them. Now I can see the time, the piste-map, the mountains and the moguls all in clear focus. Thank you.

Eye Test very thorough. I needed new prescription sunglasses & everyone was very helpful in getting these through quickly, so that I had them for my holiday.
