You can book a standard NHS funded eye test with us. One of our experienced Optometrists will use the latest equipment to examine the health of your eyes and test your sight.
If you book an NHS eye test, you’ll have the option to upgrade your appointment to include Optomap, which provides ultra wide-field retinal imaging, at a cost of £30 (£5 for children). You can read more about Optomap here.
All adults over 60 and children under 16 are eligible for an NHS sight test. Please call us on 01273 843946 for advice if you are unsure if you qualify.
Our eye tests are child friendly, with pictures instead of letters for very small children and special tests to check your child’s visual development, such as 3D vision.

If you have an eyesight test voucher from your employer, you can use this voucher to pay for all or part of your eye test with us. We’re able to accept eye test vouchers from Edenred, SEE and ASE and can provide an itemised receipt to take back to work if needed.
To redeem your voucher, simply book an eye test online and bring the voucher with you to your appointment. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the cost of your eyesight test.

Free parking is available on the Keymer Road and there is also a car park behind Budgens (which is free but you need to display a Mid-Sussex parking badge). Alternatively, on Dale Avenue in Hassocks there is a free car park.
